I interpret this as 'Robert the Sonne of Tho: Dewey ye Younger & margory his wife was borne the 20th day of July was baptized the 21st day.' According to 'Further Steps in Family History' by Eve Laughlin, p63, "Younger" implies the younger of twins, presumably the elder did not survive and so the baptism was 1 day after birth.
